Return Policy

At Ayala’s Jewelry, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your jewelry, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery, with a full refund minus any shipping costs.

 
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original, unworn condition

  • Must include all original packaging, certificates, and receipt

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery date

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry

  • Items that have been resized, altered, or worn

  • Special orders or pieces marked as final sale

 

How to Return

In-store purchases:
Bring your item to our Huntington Park location along with your receipt and packaging. Our team will assist you in processing your return.

Online or shipped purchases:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will issue return instructions and a Return Authorization

  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  4. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us immediately at (323) 587-5473 or [email protected]. We’ll take care of the issue promptly and at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
